My Fiance Is Non-Adventurous In Bed...?

I like role-playing, choking, slapping, biting, wearing outfits, having sex in public, anal and other things like that. He hasn't done any of that and honestly, I can't just have regular sex anymore. I like switching things up and really getting into it. I love having intercourse with him, but I want to go back into things I'm used to. We've had a couple of talks and he either becomes bright red and shy or he feels like I'm insulting him. I can't talk to him about it anymore. I don't know what he enjoys. He is the silent type too. I try talking dirty and asking naughty questions, but nothing. I know he's enjoying it and he can hold his own if you catch my drift, but I wish he was more into the things I am. How do I get him to either express how he is feeling in bed or what he enjoys doing as far as adventurous sex. He clams up and gets shy. I'm suppose to eventually marry this man, but as shallow as this sounds (please don't judge me. I just really enjoy sex) I can't if this is going to be what it is like for the rest of my life.
