Wife used to be very polite and courteous to me, but know she has changed, i feel like i'm falling out of love?

What? what kind of a guy are you anyway? I am surprised she did this al! Why don't you hold some doors open for hr,why don't you share the carrying and carry yourself once in a while,you sound like an ogre no wonder she is no longer polite,not many would be,she looses you,she is not loosing much.
