Help with transferring to OSU (Ohio State)?

I'm going to be a freshman at John Carroll University in the fall with plans to transfer to Ohio State in the fall of 2012. I'm a business major and I wanted to get some advice on how to guarantee my acceptance to OSU next year. Whats the average GPA of a transfer student? How many credit hours? Any test I should take? Whats OSU looks for of applications? And is OSU accepting of transfer students? Thanks for your help, anything is appreciated!
