My father is alive but my brother is fighting with me, i want to leave house but i want my share?

my father is alive but paralysis and my brother is alcoholic and fighting with me, i want to leave house but i want my share in my fathers property also but my father dosent giving me is there is any law to get my share. can i clam for my share in court pls help
