How do i divorce my husband after one year in marriage.?

i was staying with ma husband for 3 year and we have been married for one year without kids, my husband has three kids and recently i learnt he has another child with a different lady which he clams tthat child is not for him, he is very volents and and has been cheating on me with his formal girlfriend, i want to divorce him but i dont know if is possible for me to do dat.
