I'm 16. Is what I ate today a good amount?
I'm just wondering because I'm never sure im I'm over eating or what not. So I'm 16 (a girl) i play sports but not at the moment but I still try and exercise. Ok today- I ate a banana for breakfast at 7. At 1030 I had a chicken sandwich on a whole wheat roll with cheese lettuce and tomato. At 3 I ate a salad with lettuce artichoke fennel celery and vinegar dressing. For dinner at about 730 I ate another salad wIth lettuce artichokes hearts of palm mushrooms and a light dressing. And 6 clam oreganatas (not 6 orders,6 clams lol) thank u!
