PCS to camp carroll korea!?

my husband left a few hours ago, on his way to Korea. ive heard housing is a year wait on post, so he's trying to find somthing off post for us to live in. Does anyone know if the army will reimburse you the money you pay for the hotel untill you find a home? I have PostPartum Depression, so its really imoprtant that me and our 4 month old son get over to him quick. any advice would be awesome!! thank you.
