Sending the girl you love sms's everyday?

Is a good idea to send the girl you love (she loves me too but don't know still if we're in a relationship really also in her facebook is she single) sms's everyday to show her that i care about her and to show her my love etc..or will she get tired and thinking of me like a stalker or a clam??..and how do you know that you're in a relationship? will she soon if it so is make it official on facebook? or must i do the first step? thanks :)
