Why do Nidoqueens have moves they learn via breeding if they can't breed?

I first heard that the Pokemon Nidoqueen can't breed with Nidokings, and through further research I found out that many sources say Nidoqueen's can't breed at all. Bulbapedia, though, has a full list of moves that Nidoqueen can learn through breeding, one instance even states that it can breed with Nidokings. I am very confused and this is really bothering me, could someone tell me what all of this is about?
