we girls don't tend to make a special effort to speak to a guy unless we find them attractive, so I'd say she's trying to let you know she fancies you. We also don't tell a guy 'by the way I fancy you', we do it the way she's doing it! A bit of advice here from an old(ish) head: stop telling yourself you're ugly, you're as good as anyone, you need to start believing this, truly you do mate! When she next speaks to you, try answering her, or at least smile, she obviously has picked up you're shy, and is trying to help you overcome it, but you need to help the situation a bit too, she's chosen YOU to befriend, take it as a compliment, and a clear indication she wants you, time to let her know her attempts aren't in vain if you like her too! take that big step and smile!! xx
