Why is he flirting & not making a move?

ikno what'cha mean. You like him, he like you, no one makes first move nd all that. But let me tell ya, I wuz in the SAME situation where nobody made the first move and I regret it because in the end he ended up moving away. My loss. But then about 2 months ago I wuz in the same situation AGAIN and I decided to man up. I asked him out and he said yes. May 4th 2011 best day ever :) so I guess what I'm tryin to say here is you be the one to make the first move. If he likes you what bad can he say.? GOOD LUCCKKK.!!
