Is this a thesis statement?

I've been procrastinating again and I have a report due tomorrow, on Lewis Carroll, that I haven't even started. I'm working on the introduction paragraph and I'm trying to write my thesis statement. I've never been good at those. I don't really grasp the concept of them either. Anyway, could you please tell me if this is even a thesis statement, and how I could revise it is it's not? "Most of the relevant, and irrelevant, things in Mr. Carroll’s life seem pretty strange and raise questions that are just recently beginning to be answered."
